Calendar: What’s driving mortgage rates the week of July 18-22, 2022?

Mortgage Rates have moved up sharply in 2022, a trend that shows little sign of reversing. Here’s a look at what could move markets this week.

On Wednesday, the National Association of Realtors will release its report on home prices and sales for June. The report itself won’t move mortgage rates, but the data will give new insight into the white-hot housing market.
