3.32- How is a Request for Missing Application information made and communicated?

Per Reg. B, a written notice can be delivered in person, via posal mail or email if the email process in E-Signature compliant. Just a phone call is not sufficient.

The letter must contain the information about the missing information that is required to make the credit decision, a reasonable amount of time to the applicant to provide the missing information and a notice that failure to provide the information would result in no further consideration be given to the credit application.
