Hiring bias studies have shown that people with non white names get less interview invitations as compared to white named applicants. If a thoroughly qualified person named Nnkea ,for example was rejected for an interview, but the company keep posting ads for this position, then most probably she has experienced disparate treatment based on her African name heritage
