3.16- What are General permissible acts under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act?

The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits discrimination based upon race, color, national origin ,ethnicity, sex, receipt of public assistance, marital status, age. (provided applicant has the capacity to enter into binding contract).
