Under certain circumstances, and for the sake of accuracy and a benefit to the borrower, changes can be made to
(1) Reduce the Settlement Costs by making it easier to shop among settlement service providers.
(2) To improve accuracy of settlement costs by improving disclosures of yield spread premiums.
(3) To facilitate comparison of GFE, HUD-1/ HUD1A.
